Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Passion Fruit Syrup - 1/2 oz.
2. Passion Fruit Juice - 1 1/2 oz.
3. Orange Juice - 3/4 oz.
4. Lemon Juice - 2 tsp.
5. Sparkling Wine - _
6. Lemon - 1 slice

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake all the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, together, with ice, in the shaker. Strain into the champagne flute and top up with sparkling wine. Perch the slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
