Cocktail Ingredients:

2. Sugar Cube - 1
3. Angostura Bitters - 3 dashes
4. Champagne - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Soak the sugar cube in bitters in glass for 30 seconds, then pour in vodka and top up with champagne, seve.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
