Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Egg - 2
2. Evaporated Milk - 1 1/3 cup
3. Chocolate Syrup - 1/2 tsp.
4. Vanilla Extract - 1 tbs.
5. Lemon Extract - 1/3 tsp.
6. Instant Coffee - 1/4 tsp.
7. Sugar - 1/4 cup
8. Irish Whiskey - 1 3/4 cup

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend well. Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week before serving. this has been found to be best after 1-2 weeks. Store in refrigerator. Liqueur at room temperature by removing form refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.

Serve in a Shot Glass
