Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Scotch - 1 cup
2. Half 'n Half - 1 1/4 cup
3. Condensed Milk - 1 can
4. Chocolate Syrup - 3 drops

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mix scotch and milk. Add half-and-half. Add rest.

Serve in a Collins Glass
