1. Bacardi Black Rum - 1.7 oz. 2. Honey - 1 tsp 3. Water - 5.5 oz. 4. Brown Sugar - 1 tsp
Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Dissolve about one teaspoon sugar, two teaspoons honey and four teaspoons butter (don't use low fat; won't dissolve nicely) in hot water.
Add rum and stir again.
Use grated nutmeg as topping.
