Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Almond Extract - 3/4 oz.
2. Orange Juice - 1 1/2 oz.
3. Lemon Juice - 3/4 oz.
4. Ginger Ale - _
5. Blue Curacao - 3 dashes
6. Mint Sprig(s) - 1

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake all the ingredient, except the ginger ale and curagao, together, with ice, in the shaker and strain into the highball glass over crushed ice. Top up with ginger ale and add the cuacao to the drink. Put the sprig of mint in the glass.

Serve in a Highball Glass
