Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Lemon Juice - 2 tsp.
2. Orange Syrup - 1 oz.
3. Soda Water - _
4. Lemon Balm Sprig - 1

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Fill the brandy snifter two-thirds full with crushed ice and pour the juice and syrup over it. top up with soda water and stir breifly. Perch the sprig of lemon balm on the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Brandy Snifter
