Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Orange Juice - 2 oz.
2. Lemon Juice - 3/4 oz.
3. Pineapple Juice - 3/4 oz.
4. Ginger Ale - 1 1/2 oz.
5. Soda Water - _
6. Pineapple - 1/4 slice
7. Orange Peel - 1 peice

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

MIx the fruit juices together well, with ice cubes, in the highball glass. Top up with ginger ale and soda water and stir breifly. Perch the slice od pineapple and the orange peel on the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Highball Glass
