Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Vodka - 1.5 oz.
2. Egg White - 3/4 oz.
3. Soda Water - 3 oz.
4. Superfine Sugar - 3/4 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Substitute any spirit for vodka to make the Fizz of your choice, shake recipe hard to mix sugar with lemon, strain over ice and top with soda water.

Serve in a Highball Glass
