Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Absolut Citron - 1 oz.
2. Sugar - 1 oz.
3. Champagne - 2 oz.
4. Blackberry Juice - 1 oz.
5. Strawberry Puree - 2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Use fresh Blackberry Juice and Duff recipe Strawberry Puree; recipe: 3 parts Strawberries, 1 part Blackberry liq, 1 Part Strawberry syrup Use Fresh lemon juice and thick sugar syrup as Sour mix, Shake Vodka Sour with ice, strain over crushed ice , add Puree and top with Champagne. Drink through a straw.

Serve in a Highball Glass
