Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Dry Vermouth - 1/2 oz.
2. Rum - 2 oz.
3. Angostura Bitters - 2 drops
4. Cointreau - 1/2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake with ice and strain over crushed ice into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
