Put the cucumber slices in the punch bowl. Put half of the slices of lemon on the top of the cucumber and sprinkle the sugar on top. Add 1 bottle of white wine, cover, and refridgerate the infusion for 3 to 4 hours. Strain, add the remaining white wine, stir, and top p with sparkling wine or champagne. Add the remaining lemon slices.
Serve in a Punch Bowl
