Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Vodka - 2 oz.
2. Sugar - 1 tsp.
3. Surge - 1 can

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Combine Surge and Vodka, then stir in Sugar. Be careful when adding Sugar, because it causes a lot of fizz. Serve chilled for best taste. Enjoy!
