1. Dark Rum - 4.25 oz. 2. Whipping Cream - 4 3. Vanilla Ice Cream - 0.25 Gal.
Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
In a blender combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup of toasted shredded coconut.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Sprinkle with more toasted shredded coconut.
Enjoy.
