Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Milk - 1 cup
2. Seltzer - 1/4 cup
3. Chocolate Syrup - 2 tbsp.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour the milk into a 12 oz. glass. Spritz int the seltzer until white head reaches the top of the glass. Spoon in the syrup with a twist of the wrist.

Serve in a Highball Glass
