Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Brandy - 1 1/2 oz.
2. Curacao - dash
3. Angostura Bitters - dash
4. Champagne - _
5. Lemon Wedge - _
6. Superfine Sugar - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Rim a chilled wine glass with lemon wedge and sugar. Combine brandy, Curacao and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir then strain into serving glass. Top up with champagne.

Serve in a Highball Glass
