Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Pineapple Juice - 1 oz.
2. Pineapple Juice - 1 oz.
3. Passion Fruit Juice - 1 oz.
4. Apricot Nectar - 1 oz.
5. Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
6. Blue Curacao - 2 tsp.
7. Lemon - _
8. Lemon Slice - 1
9. Maraschino Cherry - 1

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake the juice and the curaca together, with ice cubes, in a shaker and strain into the highball glass. top up with bitter lemon and stir breifly. Perch the slice of lemon on the rim of the glass and fasten the cherry to it with a toothpick.

Serve in a Collins Glass
