Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Banana - 2 1/4 pounds
2. Lemon Juice - 1
3. Sugar - 5 tbsp.
4. Light Rum - 1 1/2 oz.
5. Maraschino Liqueur - 3/4 oz.
6. White Wine - 3 bottles
7. Sparkling Wine - 2 bottles

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Peel the banana's, slice them thinly, drizzle the lemon juice over them, and put them in the punch bowl. Add the sugar, rum, and liqueur and mix everything together. Add 1 bottle of white wine, cover, and refridgerate the infusuion for 2 hours. Add the remaining white wine, stir, and add the sparkling wine or champagne.

Serve in a Punch Bowl
