1. Dark Rum - 1 oz. 2. Apple Juice - 4 oz. 3. Creme de Cassis - dash 4. Cinnamon Stick - 1 5. Calvados - 2 oz.
Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Stir calvados and dark rum together in mixing glass. Strain into glass, then add apple juice and creme de cassis and stir, garnish with cinnamon stick and serve.
