Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Irish Cream - 1 oz.
2. Butterscotch Schnapps - 1 oz.
3. Goldschlager - 1 oz.
4. Sambuca - 1/4 oz.
5. Nutmeg - 1 dash

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake and strain Irish Cream, Butterscotch, and GoldSchlager into a cocktail glass. Float no more than 1/4 oz of Sambuca on top. Present cocktail to customer, and flame the Sambuca. Sprinkle nutmeg over flaming drink. The nutmeg will sparkle when it hits the flame, creating a dazzling presentation.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
