Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Bitters - 2 dashes
2. Club Soda - 2 oz.
3. Lime - 1
4. Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp.
5. Blended Whiskey - 2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour Lime Juice, Sugar and Club Soda into Collins glass. Fill glass with ice and stir. Add Bitters and Blended Scotch Whisky. Fill with Club Soda.

Serve in a Highball Glass
