Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Vodka - 2 oz.
2. Carbonated Water - _
3. Sugar - 1/2 tsp. Powdered
4. Orange - 1 spiral of
5. Lemon - Twist of peel of

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Stir powdered sugar and 2 oz. carbonated water in a Collins glass. Fill glass with ice and add vodka. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the lemon peel and the orange spiral so that the end of the orange spiral dangles over rim of glass.

Serve in a Collins Glass
