Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Cream - 4 tsp
2. Sugar - 1
3. Milk - 2 parts
4. Cointreau - 1 parts

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour the Cointreau and warm milk into a hi-ball glass and stir, while stirring add the whipped cream and sugar, then sit down before you enjoy the quiffed taste of tico.

Serve in a Favorite Glass
