Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Cream - 1/2 oz.
2. Frangelico - 1/2 oz.
3. Triple Sec - 1/4 oz.
4. Amaretto - 1/4 oz.
5. Strawberry Liqueur - 1/2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Stir the four spirits with ice until nicely chilled. Strain into Martini glass, (fresh from the freezer!). Then float the cream over the back of a spoon coating the drink (ideally about 0.5 cm in depth). Finally drink the drink through the cream, do not use a straw, the effect will be ruined!

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
