1. Vodka - 3/4 oz.
2. Chocolate Syrup - 1/2 oz.
3. Green Creme de Menthe - 1/4 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

place ingredients in shaker with one cube of ice shake very well and as slush in shot glass

Serve in a Shot Glass
