Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 scoops
2. Coffee - 1 1/2 cup
3. Whipping Cream - _
4. Orange Syrup - 3/4 oz.
5. Chocolate Shavings - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Put the vanilla ice cream in the glass and pour the coffee over it. Spoon the whipped cream on top and pour the syrup over. Garnish with a little grated chocolate.

Serve in a Parfait Glass
