Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Sweet & Sour Mix - 2 oz.
2. Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Rum - 1 oz.
3. Pineapple Juice - 2 oz.
4. Peach Schnapps - 1 oz.
5. Bols Blue - 1/2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

mix all ingredients in a blender for about 30 seconds. Pour over crushed ice, and garnish with a pineapple slice.

Serve in a Highball Glass
