2. Rum - 3/4 oz.
3. Sugar - 1 tsp.
4. Whipping Cream - Top With
5. Coffee - 4 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

can substitute one large scoop of good ice cream a la Haagen-Dazs/Ben & Jerry's (try using different chocolate/vanilla flavors) in place of sugar and whipped cream. dash Regnier on the whipped cream. (optional)
