2. Half 'n Half - 1 oz.
3. Rum - 1 oz.
4. Kahlua - 3 oz.
5. Vanilla Extract - 1 oz.
6. Nutmeg - 1 oz.
7. Vodka - 1 oz.
8. Blue Curacao - 1 oz.
9. Sweet & Sour Mix - 3 oz.
10. Lemon Lime Soda - 1 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mix ingredients over ice.
