Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Maple Syrup - 2 tbsp.
2. Ice Cream - 2 scoops
3. Soda Water - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour syrup into tall glass. Add ice cream and stir until semi-balanced. Fill glass with soda water and serve at once with straw.

Serve in a Collins Glass
