Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Club Soda - _
2. Powdered Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
3. Scotch - 2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Add Sugar and 2 oz. of Club Soda into a Collins glass and stir. Add ice cubes and scotch and fill with Club Soda. Garnish with a spiral of lemon or orange peel over the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Highball Glass
