Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Pineapple Juice - 3 1/2 oz.
2. Coconut Cream - 1 oz.
3. Light Cream - 1 oz.
4. Lemon Juice - 3/4 oz.
5. Banana Juice - 2 tsp.
6. Banana - 2 slices
7. Maraschino Cherry - 2

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shke all the ingredients together firmly, with ice, in the shaker. Half fill the brandy snifter with crushed ice and strain the drink into the glass and. Spear the slices of banana and the garnish across the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Brandy Snifter
