Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum - 1 oz.
2. Creme de Banana - 1/4 oz.
3. Sweet & Sour Mix - 2 oz.
4. Banana - 3 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Blend ingredients thoroughly in blender. Pour into 14 oz. glass. Garnish with banana wheel and maraschino cherry.

Serve in a Shot Glass
