Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Red Wine - 1 bottle
2. Port - 1 1/2 cups
3. Sugar - 8 tbsp.
4. Cloves - 8
5. Lemon Peel - 1 peice
6. Cinnamon Stick - 1
7. Dark Rum - 1 1/2 cups

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Heat all the ingredients, except the rum, together, stirring all the time, until the punch reaches boiling point. Turn down the heat, cover, and simmer over very low heat for aboutg 15 minutes. Remove the spices and the lemon peel. Slowly warm the rum and add it to the punch. Serve hot.
