Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Lemon Juice - 3/4 oz.
2. Peppermint Schnapps - 1 oz.
3. Tonic Water - _
4. Lemon Peel - 1

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mix the lemon juice and the syrup together in the highball glass. Top up with tonic water and stir breifly. Hang the lemon peel spiral over the edge of the glass.

Serve in a Highball Glass
