Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Port - 3 1/2 oz.
2. Sugar - 1 tsp.
3. Lemon Peel - 1 peice
4. Water - _
5. Nutmeg - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Heat the port, sugar, and lemon peel together. Do not let the mixture boil. Strain into a glas. Add a little hot water and sprinkle a pinch of grated nutmeg on the top of the drink.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
