Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Southern Comfort - 1 oz.
2. Applejack - 1 1/2 oz.
3. Sugar - 1 oz.
4. Lime - 2-Jan
5. Lime - 2-Jan
6. Bacardi Light Rum - 1 1/2 oz.
7. 151 Proof Rum - 1 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mix all but 151 proof and lime shell with ice to make an icy mixture. Pour into a sour glass in a heap and put the lime shell on top and fill it with the 151 proof and ignite. Watch the volcanic seen. As it melts, drink with a straw.
