Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Brandy - 1.5 oz
2. White Creme de Cacao - 1/2 oz
3. Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 scoops French

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Combine ingredients and 2 oz shaved ice into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into snifter. Garnish with shaved sweet chocolate.

Serve in a Brandy Snifter
