Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Brandy - 1.5 oz
2. Sugar - 1 tsp.
3. Egg Yolk - 1

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass, dust very lightly with Cayenne Pepper, and serve.
