Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Bourbon - 2 oz
2. Sugar - 2 tsp.
3. Angostura Bitters - 1 dash
4. Water - 2 dashes
5. Lemon - twist of
6. Cherry - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour the sugar, bitters and water. Stir to dissolve sugar, slowly add whiskey. Fill the glass with ice and garnish with lemon twist and cherry.
