Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Lemon Juice - 1 Part
2. Ginger Ale - 2 dashes
3. Finlandia Vodka - 2 Parts
4. Simple Syrup - 0.5 Part
5. Mandarine Napoleon - 2 Parts

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Build the sugar syrup, lemon juice, Mandarin Napoleon and Finlandia Vodka. Serve in a cocktail or champagne glass with a splash of ginger ale. For this cocktail bartender Markku Raittinen won first prize in the %?Cocktail Olympics%? held at the 1992 Finlandia Vodka International Drinks Competition in Toronto. From the Finlandia web site.
