1. Ice Cream - 5 scoops
2. Milk - 1 1/2 cups
3. Malted Milk Powder - 1 tbsp.
4. Chocolate Syrup - 2 tbsp.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.

Serve in a Parfait Glass
