Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Lemon Juice - 1/2 oz.
2. Dark Rum - 2.25 oz.
3. Orange Bitters - 2 dashes
4. Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp.
5. Lemon Lime Soda - 1 fill

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Dissolve the sugar in the dark rum in a glass. Add lemon juice and bitters and ice cubes. Top off with 7-up and stir.

Serve in a Highball Glass
