Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Whipping Cream - 3 oz.
2. Chocolate Milk - 2.38 oz.
3. Amaretto - 1.33 oz.
4. Superfine Sugar - 1/4 oz.
5. Coconut Syrup - 1 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

warm up the chocolate milk to about 50 Celsius then mix it with the amaretto and the coconut syrup. pour this in the glass and put the whipped cream mixed with the sugar on top. to finish the drink you put a little cocoa-powder on top of the whipped-cream.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
