Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Pineapple Juice - 1 1/2 oz.
2. Passion Fruit Juice - 1 1/2 oz.
3. Apricot Nectar - 1 1/2 oz.
4. Blue Curacao - 3/4 oz.
5. Lemon - _
6. Pineapple - 1/2 slice
7. Maraschino Cherry - 1

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake the juice and the curacao together, with ice cubes, in the shaker ans strain into the glass. Top up with bitter lemon and stir breifly. Spear the slice of pineapple and the cherry on a toothpick and add it to the glass.

Serve in a Collins Glass
