1. Cream - 6 oz.
2. Water - 0.5 cup
3. Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
4. Instant Coffee - 1 tsp.
5. Condensed Milk - 6 oz.
6. Gelatin - 1 tsp.
7. Rye Whiskey - 1 cup

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

combine ingredients, refrigerate and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass
