Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Egg White - _
2. Pisco - 1.5 oz.
3. Lime Juice - 1/2 oz.
4. Apricot Brandy - 1/2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Add an egg white and shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, add a drop of angostura in the centre of glass, garnish with a lime peel

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
