Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Brandy - 1.33 oz.
2. Champagne - 2.75 oz.
3. Pastis - 1/3 oz.
4. Grenadine - 1/3 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake with ice and strain. Fill the glass with a half mashed peach and add the mix. Stir gently. Fill up with Champagne.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
